To All members and friends of the 22nd North Carolina Infantry.

   The 2008 season is upon us and the results of the company meeting indicate another exciting season.  We have chosen some old stand-by events and added several new ones.  It should prove to be an interesting season.  As usual, we will be very busy.  I ask that everyone support the events we voted on and to please treat each camp ground visit as a maximum effort event. 

      I can't wait to get started and look forward to seeing all my friends on the field.

    Now is the time for all troops to review "Hardee's  Simplified"and get ready for the season.   It is also time to check the equipment, load some rounds and prepare for the first drill.

        If I can be of assistance to anyone, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

       In the mean time, it appears that it may be a wet spring, so keep your heads down and keep the powder dry.
